Business analyst of NSTC spoke at the conference "Data mining in the oil and gas industry"

Irina Frolova, a business analyst at NSTC, spoke at the conference "Data mining in the oil and gas industry" with a report on the features of the automated preparation of a business plan for the development of an oil and gas asset based on a digital platform.
In her presentation, Irina said that the use of process ontology in software makes it possible to integrate disparate enterprise data on one digital platform. This helps automate the preparation of a business development plan down to the downhole detail level. The end-to-end data analytics carried out on the platform improves the quality of information in technological and business processes, increases the accuracy of planning and the financial stability of enterprises.
“It was interesting to hear about the experience of industry colleagues, the techniques used, machine learning and the algorithms used to automatically recognize operations, images or properties of objects,” said Irina Frolova.
It is not the first time that representatives of the NSTC participate in the conference "Data mining in the oil and gas industry". This is a great opportunity to present the projects of the center and get comments and opinions from the outside.
