Training
Novosibirsk Scientific and Technical Center (NSTC) is engaged in training and professional development of workers
in the oil and gas production industry. We offer practical courses and specially designed training programs
for professional development. Training at the NTC covers both technical and software skills that are necessary
for oil and gas industry workers.
NSTC teaches methods of geological and geophysical interpretation of data, methods of geomechanical modeling, support of drilling and construction of wells, ground-based geophysical research, digitalization
and skills in specialized software.
Training can take place both on the basis of the Novosibirsk Scientific and Technical Center, remotely, and with a visit to the customer. The training course includes lectures, seminars on specialized software (DARCY, d-Flow, IIFA) and testing. The entire training program takes two weeks, but can be shortened
for certain categories of employees (for example,
for the top level of managers it is a two-day intensive).
We have already conducted training in subsidiaries of PJSC NK ROSNEFT, PJSC Gazprom Neft, PJSC NOVATEK and leading Russian service companies.

The NTC has an educational license from the Ministry
of Education of Russia. After completing the training,
all students receive a licensed certificate confirming
their qualifications. The training of the NTC complies
with all the standards of the Ministry of Education.
